Rowena P. Ennis has been promoted to the rank of Techincal Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. Ennis is a dental logistics noncommissioned officer in charge assigned to the 97th Medical Squadron at Altus Air Force Base, Okla. The staff sergeant has served in the military for 10 years. She is the daughter of Dan S. and Maria Poblete of Agana, Guam. Her husband, Kurt, is the son of Kurt Ralph Ennis of Hamsfield Court, Tomball, Texas, and Brenda Dangler of Chapman Drive, Greenfield, Ind. The sergeant graduated in 1994 from Simon Sanchez High School, Yigo, Guam, and received an associate degree 2006 from the Community College of the Air Force.
