Leslie D. Rigsby has been promoted to the rank of Airman First Class in the U.S. Air Force. Rigsby is aerospace ground equipment apprentice assigned to the 437th Airlift Wing at Charleston Air Force Base, S.C. The airman first class has served in the military for one year. She is the sister of Larry D. Rigsby of Barkswood Drive, Marion, Ohio. The airman is a 2007 graduate of Elgin High School, Marion.
