Air Force Staff Sgt. Eric G. Arnold graduation from the Introduction to Culture Course headquartered at Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Ala. The course focuses on topics that apply to all cultures, such as family, religion, language, communications, and conflict negotiation. Airmen receive training to help them know what role culture plays in getting the job done in the country which they might be assigned. The training gives airmen a head start in completing their mission by understanding the general concepts and effects of culture. Arnold is a security forces technical school instructor assigned to the Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base. The staff sergeant has served in the military for seven years. He is the son of Robert B. and Cynthia L. Arnold of E. Vista Montanas Blvd., Tucson, Ariz.
